Events 2012
>Tobacco Cessation Program: 1st Tuesday of Every Month, 1130 – 1230 @ Semper Fit Center. A three week series (first 3 Tuesdays of the month) to help you kick the habit for good!
>Choose to Lose: Join Semper Fit for a 5-week Fitness and Nutrition Program at the Semper Fit Center starting January 17 and ending February 16. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday Morning from 0830 – 0930 and Tuesday and Thursday night from 1730 – 1830 (Nutrition on Thursday night only). Contact Brandon or Valerie at 858-577-4674 to register.
