TIP OF THE DAY...

Reduce Stress and Chill Out

Although it seems to be easier said than done, you should try to avoid excessive stress at all costs. Here are is a list of some techniques that you can do to fight the stress in your life and lead a longer and happier life.
One of the best ways to decrease stress in your life is to think positively. Try to spend at least 30 minutes everyday doing something you like. (i.e., walk on the beach, read a good book, visit with a good friend, play with your animals, play with your kids!).

Another great way to relieve stress is to exercise! Exercising releases endorphins which put you in a good mood. Exercise is a great form of stress release for this reason. So, next time you have a hard day, go to the gym or go for a run to let out your steam!
