“The Big House” is weight room designed for power lifting and functionally dynamic workouts catered toward improving overall athletic sport performance. There are two Olympic platforms, squat racks, bumper plates, kettle bells, plyo boxes and much more. An MCCS approved certified trainer is always on site to provide exercise programs and to correct form and technique.

RULES
- Please sign in and present military ID upon entering the facility. Department of Defense employees and military dependents 16 years and older are permitted to use the facility.
- For safety reasons, this facility is open to eligible patrons wearing appropriate exercise attire suited for a Marine Corps Installation.
- No smoking, chewing tobacco use in the facility or within 50 feet of the building.
- No food, gum or bags allowed in the facility.
- A MCCS approved Certified Personal Trainer must be present at all times when working out in this facility.

1,000 LB CLUB
The best and strongest of the “The Big House”.
The 1000-Pound Club is a combination of your squat, dead lift and bench press.
A lifter must meet or exceed 1000 lbs. with any combination of these three lifts to become a member.
