Miramar Golf Course in Top 10

MCAS Miramar has an outstanding golf course. The course is well-maintained and the greens are considered some of the finest in the area. Miramar Memorial was chosen as the site for the prestigious 2001 Armed Forces Golf Tournament. The ninth hole, a par five measuring 640 yards from the blue tees, is the longest par five in Southern California.

The practice facilities include a large putting green, chipping green, practice sand bunker and pitching area. The 30-stall grass driving range is open from Tuesday through Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to dusk, and on Monday from 6:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

PGA golf professionals are on hand to fine-tune your playing skills, and a well-stocked pro shop is ready
to take care of your golfing needs.

Rental clubs, pull carts and electric carts are available for your convenience. Need more information?
