NON-ESC MEMBERS need to contact Steve Hazlett at steve.hazlett3@gmail.com with regard to becoming a member of the club prior to registering for any events.

ESC MEMBERS

(1) Race application will only be submitted during our monthly club meetings to either Steve or Chester. Once all applications are collected they will be turned into Bob Stopp following the meeting. All Races will be mailed out the first week of the month prior to the deadline for the least expensive entry fee. For example, Koz Spring Sprint Triathlon is in May. The deadline for the least expensive fee is April 1 ($60). After that date, the fee is $70. So, you will need to turn in your application during the February meeting to be mail out in March

(2) If you are unable to attend the monthly meeting because of operational commitments you must email Steve Hazlett at steve.hazlett3@gmail.com and Chester Rolka at chester.rolka@gmail.com. If you have a race application to submit please let us know in the email and which of the following option you will use.

(a) Scan the application and email it to Bob Stopp and CC Steve or Chester.

(b) Email Steve and Chester that you will hand deliver the application to Bob Stopp. Before your application will be processed, the above steps will be verified. Of most importance is your meeting attendance and how you contribute to the club.

> All race applications submitted directly to Bob Stopp without notifying Steve or Chester will not be funded.

> Submission of an application is no guarantee that your application will be processed. There is only so much money per month for races. We will inform what applications have been mailed off at the monthly meetings. Priority is based on meeting attendances and amount of involvement you have with the club (i.e. helping with the club`s web page, bringing in new members, etc...)

> MCCS will only fund the basic entry fee. Any additional fees will be at the cost of participant...
(i.e. USAT “USA Triathlon” fee)
