Semper Cycling Group Program – offers benefits of cardiovascular endurance training and serves as an alternative to running. Cycling is a low impact activity and protects your knees, ankles and lower back from over use injuries while improving your running time.  This cardio work out is as effective as running. Miramar Sports Complex offers 10 classes every week and boasts 30 Schwinn stationary bikes available during each class. All our instructors are certified and eager to get you started. Units are welcomed to attend the scheduled classes or they can call to arrange a session during the time best suited to their needs. Are you bored with your current workout? Is you endurance at a plateau? Do you want to burn 500 kcal per hour? Come and spice up your physical training regiment.
