The Relocation Assistance Office is here to serve you when you first arrive at MCAS Miramar as well as when you depart for your new duty station. The office is located in the Joint Reception Center, Bldg. 2258 (on Mitscher Way near the North Gate).   HOUSING EARLY APPLICATION TOOL (H.E.A.T.)
Navy Housing has developed HEAT to assist service members (SVM)
and their families in applying for housing Navywide. HEAT allows SVMs
and their families to apply for housing at one or more Navy installations
online before or after they receive their Permanent Change of Station
(PCS) orders. HEAT creates an easy user experience. Spouses can use the application as well, needing only minimal information about their SVM.

LENDING LOCKER
The Relocation Office has a lending locker for you to use when you first arrive and are awaiting your household goods. It includes futons, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, chairs, TVs, small appliances and other kitchen utensils. Call for availability. A copy of your orders and ID are required for borrowing the items.

PCS MOVE CLASS
PCS classes is offered to assist you as you depart. The class provides information on moving your personal property, financial entitlements,
passports and relocation support services.
