| The newest of MCAS Miramar’s three fitness centers, located between the Water Survival training (50-Meter) Pool and Mills Park, opened in January 2003. The center features large, specially designed aerobics room, state-of-the art cardio machines, a physical therapy room, daily lockers and a gym that can be reserved for basketball games. Certified trainers and are available by appointment. Cardio Theater is available to allow users of cardio machines to listen to their choice of television stations. The center has water, sports drinks and protein drinks for sale. | ||||
